Booking & Payment
Approval Required
All projects are reviewed before booking. Application submission does not guarantee approval or availability.
Payments
Approved projects require payment before scheduling. Flexible payment options may be available for qualifying projects.
Non-Refundable
Design fees, booking payments, deposits, and completed tattoo services are non-refundable once payment has been made.
Design Fees & Project Pricing
Design Fee
A $100 design preparation fee applies per design section or concept. Larger projects may require multiple design fees depending on scope.
Priced by the Piece
Projects are priced by the piece, not hourly. Final pricing depends on size, placement, detail, style, and complexity.
$500 Minimum
The current project minimum is $500. Larger work may fall into higher project ranges based on scope and detail.
The goal is not rushed tattooing. Each project is given the time needed to execute the work properly.
Scheduling & Rescheduling
Scheduling
Scheduling access is provided after payment and consent form completion. Appointment dates are not secured without completed payment confirmation.
Rescheduling
Clients are allowed one reschedule with at least 24-hour notice. Excessive reschedules may require a new booking payment.
No-Shows
Missed appointments, cancellations without notice, or failure to appear may require a new booking payment before continuing the project.
Preparation & Studio Standards
Before Your Appointment
- Eat before your appointment
- Hydrate before and during the session
- Bring snacks or drinks for longer sessions
- Avoid alcohol before your appointment
Skin Condition
- No sunburned skin
- No broken or irritated skin
- No damaged skin in the tattoo area
- Numbing cream must be approved first
Right to Refuse
Service may be refused or discontinued due to unsafe conditions, intoxication, inappropriate behavior, undisclosed medical concerns, or refusal to follow studio policies.
Aftercare & Healing
Aftercare
Proper aftercare is the client’s responsibility. Healing results vary depending on skin, care, lifestyle, and how instructions are followed.
Healed Review
Clients may be asked to return after healing so the final result can be reviewed and held to the studio standard.
Touch-Ups
Touch-ups are handled case-by-case. Improper aftercare, damage, or neglect may void touch-up consideration.
