These policies protect your project, reserved appointment time, design preparation and the quality of the work. Please review them before submitting an application or making payment.
All Payments Are Final.
Booking payments, design fees, tattoo payments, deposits and other payments made toward a scheduled project are non-refundable and final.
The exception is when Omar Barron / Euphoria Tattoo chooses not to accept, continue or complete the project. In that situation, Omar may refund the applicable unearned tattoo payment at his discretion.
A client changing their mind, cancelling, failing to attend, becoming unavailable, changing the concept, or deciding not to continue does not make previously paid fees refundable.
How Your Appointment Is Secured
Payment reserves preparation time, design work and appointment time that is no longer available to another client.
Booking Payment
$100 Per DayA $100 booking payment is required for each scheduled tattoo day.
That $100 is credited toward the tattoo session for that scheduled day.Day Session
$700Standard day sessions are approximately 6–9 hours and are priced by the day.
Project Minimum
$500The current minimum tattoo project is $500. Custom work only.
$100 Per Design Section
Design preparation is separate from tattoo session pricing. Larger projects require multiple design sections because each area must flow into the next.
Design Fee
$100 EachEach individual design, design section or major area carries a $100 non-refundable design fee.
Full Sleeve
5 DesignsA full sleeve is generally divided into approximately five design sections.
Five sections × $100 = approximately $500 total design preparation.Design Fees Are Separate
Design fees pay for preparation, planning and artwork. They are separate from tattoo session payments and are not credited toward the tattoo price.
Custom Means Custom.
Reasonable Adjustments
Reasonable adjustments that stay within the approved concept can be discussed as part of the design process.
Major Concept Changes
Changing the main subject, concept, placement or direction after design work has begun may require additional design fees.
Artwork Ownership
Custom designs remain the artwork of Omar Barron / Euphoria Tattoo. Design fees do not purchase the right to take the artwork to another tattoo artist.
One Valid Reschedule.
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Large projects may block several consecutive days.
One Reschedule
Each project receives one valid reschedule when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Second Reschedule
A second reschedule may result in forfeiture of the existing booking payment and require a new booking payment before another date is reserved.
Less Than 24 Hours
Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not considered the valid reschedule and may result in forfeiture of that day’s booking payment.
Reserved Time Has Value.
Client Cancellation
If the client cancels the project, payments already made remain non-refundable and final.
No-Show
Failure to appear for an appointment may result in loss of the booking payment and may require new payment before any future appointment is scheduled.
Multi-Day Projects
Large-scale appointments reserve multiple consecutive working days. Cancelling any portion of that reserved schedule may affect booking payments associated with those days.
When a Refund May Be Issued
Omar Barron / Euphoria Tattoo reserves the right to decline a project before tattooing or discontinue a client relationship when continuing the project is no longer considered appropriate.
If the decision not to move forward is made by Omar rather than by the client, the applicable unearned tattoo payment may be refunded.
Completed design work and already-rendered tattoo services remain earned services and are not treated as unused tattoo payments.
Arrive Ready.
Late Arrival
Arriving late reduces available tattoo time. Significant lateness may require the appointment to be shortened or rescheduled.
Session Time
Day sessions are approximately 6–9 hours, but actual tattooing time can vary depending on placement, breaks, skin response and project needs.
Breaks
Reasonable breaks are expected during longer sessions. The priority is completing the work safely and properly, not rushing through the session.
Come Prepared.
Before Your Appointment
- Eat a proper meal beforehand
- Stay hydrated
- Bring snacks and drinks for long sessions
- Wear clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area
Skin Condition
- No sunburned skin
- No open wounds or damaged skin
- No severe irritation in the tattoo area
- Numbing products must be discussed beforehand
Alcohol / Intoxication
Do not arrive intoxicated or impaired. Tattooing may be refused when the artist believes proceeding would be unsafe or inappropriate.
Select Projects Only.
Clear Photos Required
Cover-up applications must include clear photos of the existing tattoo and surrounding skin.
Creative Flexibility
Successful cover-ups often require flexibility with size, darkness, subject matter and overall composition.
Not Every Tattoo Can Be Covered
Some projects may require a different approach, additional preparation or may simply not be a good candidate for the work being requested.
Respect the Space.
Appointment Only
The studio is private and appointment-only. The exact location is provided after booking confirmation.
Guests
Keep guests to a minimum. For long sessions and large-scale projects, fewer distractions help maintain focus and keep the session moving properly.
Right to Refuse Service
Service may be refused or discontinued for unsafe conditions, intoxication, threatening or disrespectful behavior, harassment, or refusal to follow studio policies.
Your Part Starts After the Session.
Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided. Healing varies from person to person.
Healed Review
Healed photos or an in-person follow-up may be requested so the finished tattoo can be reviewed after healing.
Touch-Ups
Touch-ups are reviewed case-by-case. Damage caused by improper aftercare, picking, scratching, sun exposure or neglect may require additional payment.
